Two Turrets and a Cupola, Where It’s At

That house was special. I imagine it still is, and it certainly was during the eight days we stayed there — creating, learning, building community. A diverse group tucked into the forest, gathered inside a house that used to be a barn. The kitchen alone could hold a dozen people cooking at once. The place had a magical vibe, and so did the group, so the whole thing doubled up on its own energy.

One afternoon, the windows were open, the winds shifted, and the entire house got hot‑boxed. Highlarious, truly. We all ate a little extra for dinner that night.
